SAP IBP – Supply Chain Planning, SAP Consulting (80-100%)
We are looking for a SAP IBP – Supply Chain Planning Consultant/ Manager for our client based in Zurich.
Job content
• As a direct contact to the customer, you are assessing customer requirements, taking into account the overall IT and business strategy and change management implications
• Detailed analysis, design and realization of integrated business processes and innovative system solutions for Supply Chain Planning: Demand Planning, Production Planning , Inventory Management and Distribution Planning
• Development of solutions based on SAP IBP and any other Supply Chain Planning Cloud solutions.
On Manager level and higher in addition: • Team lead and/or subject matter expert depending on current project and customer expectations
• Project and team leadership tasks as well as involvement in internal coaching, and knowledge management topics and further development of innovation topics
Delivery capability
• Involvement in two or more SAP IBP or SAP APO projects at a functional level
• Excellent hands-on functional configuration experience across SAP APO and/or SAP IBP, including full end-to-end project lifecycles
• Business process experience in Supply Chain Planning and logistics
• Knowledge of SAP integration across modules
• Keenness to contribute to offerings, methodologies and ongoing improvement of supporting tools
Requirements
• University degree in economics, computer science, engineering or similar (bachelor, master's, MBA or PhD).
• At least 2 years of professional full lifecycle project experience in SAP supply chain planning (SAP APO or SAP IBP)
• Comprehensive Supply Chain Execution process integration and implementation experience in cooperation with the business process owner
• Proven track record of practical experience in configuration and customization in at least one of the following areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning and Inventory Management
• Very good conceptual and analytical skills as well as the willingness to quickly familiarize with new topics and to further develop topics with the customer
• You work independently, take the initiative and are happy taking on responsibility.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and your extensive experience with customers means building customer relationships comes easily to you.
• Willingness to travel
• You communicate confidently English, German or French is a plus
On Manager level and higher in addition:
• Team leadership experience and excellent communication skills including escalation management
• Ability to deliver projects with tight timelines and in budget
• At least 5 years of professional full lifecycle project experience in SAP supply chain planning (SAP APO or SAP IBP) with delivery responsibility
