We are currently seeking to appoint a self-motivated individual to fill the role of System Engineer with one of our clients. The role will be a key part of the Zug Head Office team supporting the global business. The role requires close interaction with senior management and system team members in Zug as well as key staff across the world.
Duties will include:- Management of Infrastructure at a National/Regional level.
- Experience of Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business.
- Liaise directly with internal regional IT teams and external IT Vendors.
- Manage Users and User groups on systems running on our infrastructure.
- Managing first and second level support processes.
- Ticket management and execution.
- Maintaining Website and Intranet content.
- Manage the migration and transition to cloud based technologies (preferably Azure).
- Mentoring junior team members.
